The bed in the king room was very clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is located in a pleasant suburban area near Bingo Sanse.

In general, I liked my nice styled and fabulous room with comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. Everyone who worked there was excellent and amiable. The location was absolutely perfect: a shopping centre and supermarkets were within walking distance.

New-fashioned and brand-new units with a coffee machine, twin beds, as for instance, and the staff were dog friendly.

The staff here were extremely helpful, the place was quite clean, and its location was near a circular tower, a shopping mall, and a good local restaurant.

Great pillows. Newspapers for guests. Free water, cafe and gym.

The staff was hospitable and polite. the hotel is located in a suburban area, close to restaurants, bars, a business partner's office building, and a business park.

Lovely hotel 20 minutes from the airport. Very convenient place if you need to spend the night immediately after arrival or before departure. Nearby is a huge outlet for shopping lovers. Parking is available in three types of parking - underground for 15 euros per day, in the backyard of the hotel for 6 or free on the street in front of the hotel. It's your choice.

A trifle, of course, but at the end of October we could not cope with the air conditioner and the room was hot. But this is the only hint at the flaw, everything else is quite on the level. Basically, it was enough to open a window, but the road was noisy.

The hotel is really stililsh, the breakfast is quite good, with some Spanish variants on the traditional choice, altough not much variety is offered

1) They gave me a smoker room, altough I specified I dont smoke. I asked for changing and they couldnt accomodate me in any other room. 2) They claim they have a fitness center. That's a cave with 2 standing bikes and a tapis-roulant. That's it. 3) The hostess wanted me to pay the breakfast on top of the stay, which included the breakfast as per Booked.net rate- a distracted guess might have paid for the breakfast twice...

Perfect way to wrap up our business trip! It's a fancy hotel in a super convenient spot to hop on the metro to Madrid. the rooms have cozy beds and a nice, decently sized bathroom. 🚇
